Community Incentives:

• Bring in a home to the park with credit approved, and receive 3 months of free rent.
• We'll reimburse moving costs up to $2,000 for bringing an approved used manufactured home into our community.
• We offer a “Refer-a-Friend” incentive to all residents in our community. If you refer a friend to our community, we’ll pay you $200.00 once they are approved and their manufactured home is moved in.
